高职院校专业群建设的偏误及其纠正:微观组织变革的视角 被引量:22

On the Nature of Major Clusters Construction of Higher Vocational Colleges and its Organizational Reform Ways on Micro Level

摘要 高职院校专业群建设遭遇的关键难题是缺少微观层面催生教育教学活动发生明显改变的现实力量,绝大部分普通教师参与度不足。另外,高职院校对专业群建设的应有理念与路径还相当生疏,普遍套用专业建设的模式。专业群建设的主要目的是服务区域产业群的发展,应对接产业群中优势产业产业链上的一组适切的岗位群,拓宽人才培养口径,重视培养学生的基本文化素养与通用能力,扩大学生的学习场域。同时,专业群建设必须对微观层面的组织变革给予充分重视,着力构建专业群共同体。 There are several tremendous difficulties that major clusters construction of higher vocational colleges could meet,such as lacking direct power to generate obvious change of education exercises,inadequate participating of many common teachers,and so on.Furthermore,higher vocational colleges use major construction model indiscriminately commonly because they are inexperienced to ideas and ways of major clusters construction.The main purpose of major clusters construction is providing services for regional industrial cluster development,therefore,it should link with a fittest job clusters of industrial chain of dominant industry,extend specifications of personnel cultivating,stress educating students’basic knowledge and common capacity,and expand students’learning field.Furthermore,major clusters construction should focus on organization reform on micro level,emphasize building major clusters community.
