摘要
高职院校专业群建设是对传统专业建设范式的一种大变革,“整合”是专业群建设的核心理念和重要目标。对广东省高职院校已立项建设的70个财经商贸高水平专业群相关资料进行统计分析,描述了专业群的组群现状和外部特征,以1+X证书为嵌入视角实证分析了专业群组群逻辑,指出了“岗课证”未融通是现有逻辑产生缺陷的原因,提出“校企合作、工学结合”应作为专业组群的切入点重构课程体系和教学体系;在整合层次上,专业群需由名义形式整合、内部资源整合向产教深度整合升级,从而打造科学合理的高水平专业群,提高职业教育人才培养的适应性。
The construction of specialty groups in vocational colleges is a major transformation of the traditional paradigm of professional construction,and"integration"is the core concept and important goal of specialty group construction.This article conducts statistical analysis on the relevant data of 70 high-level professional groups in finance and commerce that have been established in vocational colleges in Guangdong Province,and describes the current situation and external characteristics of the specialty groups.This article empirically analyzes the logic of professional group groups from the perspective of embedding 1+X certificates,pointing out the shortcomings of existing logic.The lack of integration of"job-course-certificates"is the reason for the defects,and proposes"school enterprise cooperation and work-study integration"as the entry point for professional group reconstruction of the curriculum system and teaching system.At the level of integration,the specialty group needs to be upgraded from nominal integration and internal resource integration to in-depth integration of industry and education,so as to create a scientific and reasonable high-level specialty group and improve the adaptability of vocational education personnel training.
