摘要
回溯建国以来我国教育事业的发展历程可以发现,我国教育现代化建设经历了理念的萌芽期、事业发展的提速期以及高质量发展期。作为国家现代化的重要组成部分,教育现代化是国家现代化在教育领域的具体体现,其本质是人的现代化。从国家现代化与教育现代化的关系来看,国家现代化为教育现代化指明方向、规定原则、明确目标、提供支持与保障,同时依靠教育提高劳动力的受教育水平和人力资源开发水平以支撑与驱动国家现代化发展。基于此,对接教育现代化2035的目标,未来教育现代化建设中应继续坚持党对教育事业的全面领导,坚持以人民为中心的发展理念,扎根中国大地办教育,构建促进学习者终身发展、具有中国特色的现代教育体系;加强重点领域教育综合改革,集中力量突破制约教育事业发展的关键环节;加快信息化时代教育变革,建立与完善基于大数据、人工智能的智慧教育生态系统;坚持放管服改革,完善教育法治体系,推进教育治理体系和治理能力现代化建设。
Looking back on the development of China’s education since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,it is found that China’s education modernization has experienced the germination of the concept,the speeding up of the development of the cause and the period of high-quality development.Education modernization,as an important part of national modernization,is the concrete embodiment of national modernization in the field of education,the essence of which is the modernization of human beings.From the perspective of the relationship between state modernization and education modernization,state modernization points out the direction,stipulates the principles,clarifies the goals,provides support and guarantee for education modernization,and at the same time relies on education to improve the level of education and human resources development of the workforce,and supports and drives the development of state modernization.Based on this,dovetailing with the goal of education modernization2035,in future education modernization construction should continue to adhere to the Party’s comprehensive leadership of education,adhere to the people-centered development concept,root education on Chinese soil,build a modern education system that promotes lifelong development of learners and has Chinese characteristics;strengthen comprehensive reform of education in key areas and focus on breaking through key links that restrict the development of education.It will accelerate the transformation of education in the information age,establish and improve an intelligent education ecosystem based on big data and artificial intelligence;insist on the reform of deregulation,improve the education rule of law system,and promote the modernization of the education governance system and governance capacity.
