摘要
瑶药五指毛桃为桑科榕属植物粗叶榕Ficus hirta Vahl.的根,为岭南地区的药物,也是广西常用的瑶药之一。近年来,国内外学者对瑶药五指毛桃各方面研究逐渐深入,其有效成分、药品和保健食品的应用开发研究备受关注,具有广泛的应用前景。本研究基于近年来公开发表的文献,对瑶药五指毛桃的化学成分以及药理作用进行综合分析,并结合质量标志物概念,基于从化学成分与传统药性功效和现代药理作用的相关性、化学成分的可测性和入血成分等几个方面对瑶药五指毛桃质量标志物进行预测分析,为瑶药五指毛桃质量评价研究提供科学依据。
Yao medicine Radix Fici Hirtae is the root of Ficus hirta Vahl.,a plant of the genus Moraceae.It is a drug in Ling nan area and one of the commonly used Yao medicine and Zhuang medicine in Guangxi.In recent years,domestic and foreign scholars have gradually studied various aspects of Yao medicine Ficus hirta Vahl,and its application research on active ingredients,medicines and health foods has attracted much attention and has broad application prospects.Based on the published literature in recent years,this paper comprehensively analyzes the chemical constituents and root of main pharmacological effects of Yao medicine Ficus hirta Vahl,and combines the concept of quality markers based on the correlation between chemical constituents and traditional pharmacological effects and modern pharmacological effects,chemical composition.The measurability and blood components were used to predict and analyze the quality markers(Q-marker)of Ficus hirta Vahl,and provide a scientific basis for the quality evaluation of Yao medicine Ficus hirta Vahl.
