摘要
目的优选糖心平方醇提部分的提取工艺。方法采用正交试验法和单因素考察实验对五味子和枳实进行醇提取,以五味子甲素、五味子醇甲、橙皮苷提取率和干膏率为考察指标,采用多指标加权评分法优选出最佳醇提工艺条件,并验证了工艺的有效性。结果醇提部分的最佳工艺为10倍量75%乙醇,提取2次,每次2h。结论优化的醇提部分工艺稳定可靠,为该复方中药的开发利用提供指导与参考。
Objective To optimize ethanol-extraction process for Tangxinping Formula.Methods Orthogonal test and single factor investigation were conducted for ethanol-extraction process of Schisandra chinensis and Citrus aurantium based on mass fraction and to yield rate of dry eatract for the contents of schizandrin,deoxyschizandrin and aurantiamarin.Multi-index comprehensive weighted score was used to select and verify optimal ethanol-extraction process.Results The optimal extraction process was as follows:Schisandra chinensis and Citrus aurantium were added with 10 times 75%ethanol refluxing for two times,each time for2 hours.Conclusion The optimized ethanol-extraction method is stable and reliable,which can provide reference for further development and utilization of the formula.
