摘要
为了使肉桂更好地在工业、食品、医疗、美容等领域应用,对肉桂的化学成分与药理作用的研究进展进行了综述。通过查阅文献,可知肉桂中的主要活性部位为挥发油,挥发油中主要成分为桂皮醛;肉桂及其主要成分具有抗肿瘤、抗菌、抗炎、抗氧化、抗酪氨酸酶、降糖、降脂、降尿酸等多种药理作用,可治疗多种疾病,具有多种用途。该综述可为肉桂产品开发提供依据。
In order to make Cinnamomi cortex used in industry,food,medical treatment,beauty and other fields betterly,this paper reviewed the research progress on chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of Cinnamomi cortex.In this paper,through consulting a large number of literatures,literature collation,we can see that volatile oil is the main active part of Cinnamomi cortex,and cinnamaldehyde is the main component of the volatile oil;Cinnamomi cortexand its main components have anti-tumor,antibacterial,anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,antityrosinase,hypoglycemic,lipid-lowering,uric acid and other pharmacological effects,which can treat a variety of diseases and have a variety of uses.This review provides a basis for the development of Cinnamomi cortex products.
