摘要
目的分析血液透析治疗患者并发不宁腿综合征患者接受内源性再输注血液透析滤过治疗的效果。方法选取2020年1月-2022年1月在本院接受血液透析治疗并发不宁腿综合征患者64例,按照随机数字表法将其均分为对照组和实验组,每组各32例。对照组患者接受常规血液透析联合加巴喷丁治疗,实验组患者将血液透析方式更改为内源性再输注血液透析滤过。对比分析治疗前后两组患者生化指标水平、国际不宁腿量表(international restless legs scale,IRLS)以及匹茨堡睡眠质量指数量表(Pittsburgh sleep quality index,PSQI)评分水平。结果治疗前,生化指标水平、IRLS评分、PSQI评分组间比较,无明显差异(P>0.05)。治疗后,生化指标水平、IRLS评分、PSQI评分组内比较,均显著降低(P<0.05);组间比较,实验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论内源性再输注血液透析滤过可显著降低患者血液透析治疗合并不宁腿综合征患者血清肌酐、白细胞介素-1以及甲状旁腺激素水平,在降低患者临床症状表现以及提高水平治疗方面同样具有理想效果。
Objective:To analyze the effect of endogenous reinfusion hemodiafiltration in hemodialysis patients complicated with restless leg syndrome.Methods:From January 2020 to January 202264 patients receiving hemodialysis treatment complicated with restless leg syndrome in our hospital were selected,and were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method,with 32 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received conventional hemodialysis combined with gabapentin,and patients in the experimental group changed the hemodialysis mode to endogenous reinfusion hemodiafiltration.Biochemical indexes,international restless legs scale(IRLS)and Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)score level were compared and analyzed before and after treatment in two groups.Results:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in biochemical indexes,IRLS scores and PSQI scores among groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of biochemical indexes,IRLS scores and PSQI scores were significantly decreased(P<0.05).The experimental group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Endogenous reinfusion of hemodiafiltration significantly reduced serum creatinine,interleukin-1,and parathyroid hormone levels in patients undergoing hemodialysis with restless leg syndrome,which also had an ideal effect in reducing clinical symptoms and improving the level of treatment.
