摘要
目的:观察普瑞巴林联合针灸治疗维持性血液透析(MHD)不宁腿综合征的临床疗效。方法:选取2018年5月至2021年5月于江西医学高等专科学校第一附属医院收治的90例MHD不宁腿综合征患者,按照抽签法分为普拉克索组、普瑞巴林联合针灸组,45例/组。两组透析模式均一致,普拉克索组使用普拉克索治疗,普瑞巴林联合针灸组使用普瑞巴林与针灸联合治疗。对比两组临床疗效、不良反应发生率、治疗前后症状严重程度评分与生活质量评分。结果:普瑞巴林联合针灸组的临床疗效高于普拉克索组,且其不良反应发生率低于普拉克索组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组症状严重程度评分与生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,普瑞巴林联合针灸组症状严重程度评分低于普拉克索组,且生活质量评分高于普拉克索组,均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:普瑞巴林联合针灸治疗MHD不宁腿综合征的临床疗效显著,利于改善患者临床症状,提高其生活质量水平,且大大降低不良反应率,应用安全性高,值得推广。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of pregabalin combined with acupuncture in the treatment of maintenance hemodialysis(MHD)restless leg syndrome.Methods:A total of 90 patients with MHD restless leg syndrome admitted to The First Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi Medical College from May 2018 to May 2021 were selected and divided into pramipexole group and pregabalin combined acupuncture group according to the lottery method,45 cases/group.The two groups had the same dialysis mode,the pramipexole group was treated with pramipexole;the pregabalin combined with acupuncture group was treated with pregabalin combined with acupuncture.Clinical efficacy,incidence of adverse reactions,symptom severity score and quality of life score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The clinical efficacy of pregabalin combined acupuncture group was higher than that of pramipexole group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of pramipexole group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no difference between symptom severity score and quality of life score between 2 groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the symptom severity score of pregabalin combined acupuncture group was lower than that of pramipexole group,and the quality of life score was higher than that of pramipexole group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pregabalin combined with acupuncture has significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of MHD restless legs syndrome,which is beneficial to improve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve their quality of life,and greatly reduce the rate of adverse reactions.It is safe and worthy of promotion.
