摘要
作为处置各类应急事件的主体,应急组织得到学界越来越多的关注,近年来相关研究逐年增多。通过文献综述,发现针对应急组织的研究主要集中在应急组织结构、应急组织韧性、应急组织绩效三个方向,不同研究方向又各自有不同的研究框架和方法。在纷繁复杂的研究中梳理应急组织管理不同的研究方向对后续研究定位和深入研究有着重要理论意义与参考价值。
As the main body dealing with all kinds of emergency events,emergency organization has received more and more attention from the academic circle,and the number of related studies has increased year by year in recent years.Through literature review,it is found that the research on emergency organization mainly focuses on three directions:emergency organization network,emergency organization resilience and adaptability,and emergency organization performance.Different research directions have different research frameworks and methods.Sorting out different research directions of emergency management in the complex research has important theoretical significance and reference value for subsequent research positioning and in-depth research.
