摘要
网络舆情中的公众话语是网络领域秩序的重要表征,其背后的诉求和价值取向反映和形塑着网络领域公众表达的基本框架,认真对待网络舆情及其中的主要话语是推动国家文化治理现代化的内在要求。以唐山烧烤店打人事件为例,在呈现网络舆情统计学特征基础上,发现安全、女性权利和法律是网络舆情中的重要声音。研究发现,这些声音及相关讨论反映了公众对暴力的底线容忍、对国家扫黑的支持及对公共安全的期待,公众女性权利保护的诉求策略及围绕性别区隔表达方式的对阵,公众围绕法律保护谁及法律的功能等问题的争论。基于此,认真对待网络舆情须关注舆情中的主要话语及其背后的公众诉求和价值张力。
The main discourse in network public opinion is an important representation of the order in the network field,and the appeal and value orientation behind it reflect and shape the basic framework of public expression in the network field.Taking network public opinion and the main discourse in it seriously is the internal requirement to promote the modernization of national cultural governance.Taking Beating Incident in Tangshan Barbecue Restaurant as an example,based on the statistical characteristics of network public opinion,it was found that“Severely Punish”“Women's Rights”and“Law”were the main words in network public opinion and interpreted.The study found these words reflect the public the bottom line of tolerance to violence,the support of“Having”to the country,and the anticipation that the public safety,public demands strategy for women's rights protection and around gender segregation expression“Against”,the function of the surrounding protection law and public law issues such as the argument.Based on this,it is necessary to pay attention to the main discourse in the public opinion and the public demands and value tension behind it when taking online public opinion seriously.
