摘要
《中华人民共和国家庭教育促进法》的出台,重新建构了“家庭教育”这一概念与行动。家庭教育已经成为一项涉及政府、社会、父母与儿童等多元主体集体合作的行动。在集体行动理论视域下,促进家庭教育行动是政府、社会、父母与儿童等不同主体理性地追求自身利益最大化的过程。文化认同和共同利益夯实家庭教育集体行动的信任与合作基础,家庭教育行动主体间的利益分歧和价值张力引发集体行动离散。促进家庭教育进步需要以治理责任整合调适主体价值与利益,统一集体行动,遵循集体行动的价值逻辑、组织逻辑与制度逻辑。家庭教育进步统一集体行动的关键在于以共同愿景来夯实家庭教育集体行动的合作基础、以新图式重塑家庭教育集体行动的合作机制、以完善的法律制度提升家庭教育集体行动的合作动力。
After the promulgation of the Law of Family Education Promotion of the People’s Republic of China,the concept and action of“family education”have been reconstructed.Family education has become an action involving the collective cooperation of various subjects including the government,society,parents and children.From the perspective of collective action theory,promoting family education action is a process in which different subjects such as the government,society,parents and children can pursue the maximization of their own interests in a reasonable way.Cultural identity and common interests can consolidate the trust and cooperation foundation of the collective action of family education,while the interest differences and value tension between the subjects of family education action can lead to the dispersion of collective action.In order to promote the progress of family education,it is necessary to integrate and adjust the subject value and interests with governance responsibility,consolidate the collective action,and follow the value logic,organizational logic and system logic of collective action.The key to the progress of unified collective action of family education is to consolidate the cooperation foundation of collective action of family education with common vision,reshape the cooperation mechanism of family education collective action with new pattern,and enhance the cooperation power of collective action of family education with improved and impeccable legal system.
