摘要
网络技术的飞速发展给公安院校的舆情引导工作提出了新的挑战。在加强政治建警和提升网络意识形态斗争能力的大背景下,公安院校要在学生的价值观塑造工作中守好舆论斗争阵地。当下,公安院校的舆情引导工作主要存在舆情引导制度建设不充分、学警情绪防御机制建设不完善和舆情长效引领动力提升不足等问题。公安院校肩负着培养新时代高素质警察铁军的重任,需密切关注热点网络舆情,重点从以下几个方面加强引导,树立学警正确价值观,一是完善舆情引导应急机制,规范舆情引导介入方式,二是设置舆情引导评价体系,促进舆情引导积极性提升,三是畅通连结渠道,增强辅导员舆情引导力,四是着力培养学警舆情“意见领袖”,建立学生自主引导模式,五是以“实践-理论”双视角提升学警群体情绪稳定能力。
The rapid development of network technology also poses new challenges to the work of guiding public opinion in police colleges.Under the background of strengthening the political construction of the police force and improving the ability to fight against network ideology,police colleges have to guard the position of fighting against public opinion in shaping the values of students.At present,the public opinion guidance work of police colleges and universities mainly suffers from the problems of insufficient construction of public opinion guidance system,imperfect construction of emotional defense mechanism for students and police officers,and insufficient enhancement of long-term leading power of public opinion.As police colleges and universities shoulder the important task of cultivating high-quality police officers in the new era,they need to pay close attention to hot online public opinion and focus on the following aspects to strengthen guidance and set up correct values for police officers:firstly,focusing on the cultivation of public opinion leaders to enhance the influence of mainstream ideas;secondly,giving full play to the main value of the ideology courses to strengthen the political beliefs of police officers;thirdly,improving the ability of counselors in guiding public opinion and enhancing the communication link between police officers and the university;fourthly,deepening the infectiousness of practical activities to strengthen the communication link between police officers and the university.Fourth,deepen the infectiousness of practical activities,firmly identify the police officers with political theories,and fifth,improve the emergency protection mechanism for guiding public opinion,and establish a comprehensive guidance system for public opinion work.
