摘要
在互联网时代,如何在超竞争环境中通过获得动态能力赢得竞争优势是一个紧迫的课题。本文借鉴组织结构和动态能力的成熟量表对328份有效样本数据进行实证检验。研究结果表明,互联网时代组织结构各维度对企业动态能力各维度均有显著正向影响,即组织结构扁平化与分权化对感知能力、整合能力和创新能力有着显著的正向影响,并建立组织结构与动态能力的研究框架,指出在互联网时代扁平化和分权化是企业组织结构的合理选择。这种组织结构有助于企业及时感知市场的快速变化,高效整合企业内外部资源,通过技术和管理创新获得迭代滚动的竞争优势。
In the Internet era,how to win competitive advantage by obtaining dynamic capability in super-competitive environment is an urgent issue.In this paper,328 valid sample data were empirically tested by using the maturity scale of organizational structure and dynamic capability for reference.The results show that the organizational structure has a significant positive impact on the dimensions of enterprise dynamic capability in the Internet era,that is,the flattening and decentralization of organizational structure have a significant positive impact on perceptual ability,integration ability and innovation ability.The contribution of this paper lies in the establishment of the research framework of organizational structure and dynamic capability,and points out that flattening and decentralization are the reasonable choices of enterprise organizational structure in the Internet era.This organizational structure is helpful for enterprises to perceive the rapid changes in the market in time,integrate the internal and external resources efficiently,and obtain the iterative and rolling competitive advantage through technological and management innovation.
