摘要
培养高水平的涉外法治人才是统筹推进我国国内法治和涉外法治建设的重要保障,对助力"一带一路"建设、参与全球治理及推动构建国际新秩序都具有重要意义。目前,涉外法治人才培养模式亟须完善,现有模式下高校重视度不高、课程体系建设不完善、师资队伍建设缺少国际化元素以及人才评价机制缺失等问题突出。为应对以上问题,建议通过将国际法提升为法学门类下的一级学科、建设国际化的课程体系、积极引进外籍教师、加强国际交流与合作等手段完善现有培养模式,从而培养出一批符合国家需要的涉外法治人才。
Cultivating high-level foreign-related legal talents is an important guarantee for the overall promotion of China’s domestic and foreign-related rule of law.It is also of great significance to assisting the“Belt and Road”construction,participating in global governance,and promoting the construction of a new international order.At present,there is an urgent need to improve the training model for foreign-related legal talents,as the current model has resulted in many prominent problems such as low attention from universities,imperfect curriculum system construction,lack of international elements in the construction of teaching staff,and lack of talent evaluation mechanisms.In order to tackle the above problems,it is recommended to improve the existing training model by upgrading international law to a first-level subject under the law category,building an international curriculum system,actively introducing foreign teachers,and strengthening international exchanges and cooperation,so as to cultivate foreign-related legal talents needed by the country.
