摘要
新文科建设旨在改变传统文科教育模式,推动文科人才培养模式和教育组织形式的变革。新文科背景下司法警官教育要在落实立德树人根本任务的基础上着力培养跨学科、创新性、技能性的高素质警务人才。因此,司法警官院校应及时转变教育观念,以“校监所融合型”司法警官人才培养作为主要方向,主动适应和引领新技术、新业态、新模式,创设融合型司法警官人才培养共同体,不断优化专业布局,调整课程设置,创新教学模式,实现人才培养模式与监所行业需求的有效衔接。
The construction of new liberal arts aims to change the traditional liberal arts education model and promote the reform of liberal arts personnel training model and educational organization form.Under the background of new liberal arts,the education of criminal justice police should focus on cultivating interdisciplinary,innovative and skilled high-quality police personnel on the basis of moral values establishment.Therefore,criminal justice police colleges should change educational concepts,take the“integration of college-prison and drug-relief reformatory”criminal justice police personnel training as the main direction,adapt to and lead new technologies,new formats and new models,create an integrated criminal justice police training community,constantly optimize the professional layout,adjust the curriculum system,innovate the teaching model,and achieve the effective connection between the personnel training model and the needs of the prison and drug-relief reformatory.
