摘要
目前地方农业院校多数教师缺乏系统的师范教育,教师教学能力发展中存在教学科研失衡、教学反思不够、教师合作较少等问题,制约了教师教学能力的提升。依据"以学生为中心""以成果为导向"的基本理念,采取"学校专家组评价+学院专家组评价+学生评价"方式,构建地方农业院校教师教学能力评价体系。提升地方农业院校教师教学能力的路径包括:强化教学学术理念,鼓励教师开展教学研究;创新教师培养机制,促进教师业务能力增长;提升教学反思意识,形成教师自主发展动力。
At present,most teachers in local agricultural colleges and universities lack systematic teacher education,and there are problems such as imbalance in teaching and research,insufficient teaching reflection and less cooperation among teachers,which restrict the improvement of teachers’teaching ability.Based on the basic concept of"student-centered"and"result-oriented",we adopt the method of"school expert group evaluation+college expert group evaluation+student evaluation"to build the evaluation system of teaching ability of teachers in local agricultural colleges.The paths to enhance the teaching ability of teachers in local agricultural colleges and universities include:strengthening the academic concept of teaching and encouraging teachers to carry out teaching research;innovating teacher training mechanisms to promote the growth of teachers’business ability;and enhancing the awareness of teaching reflection to form the motivation for teachers’independent development.
