摘要
该文分析了职业院校教师参与教学能力大赛的影响因素,并且对职业院校教师教学能力现状展开了深入探讨,指出了其中存在的主要问题,同时对职业院校教学能力大赛对教师能力提升的积极意义进行了分析。在此基础上,提出了教师参与职业院校教学能力大赛的建议,旨在进一步提高教师参加职业院校教学能力大赛的积极性与主动性,帮助教师积累教学经验,建设优质的职业院校教师团队。
This paper analyzes the influencing factors of teachers'participation in the teaching ability contest in vocational colleges,probes into the present situation of teachers'teaching ability in vocational colleges,points out the main problems,and analyzes the positive significance of teachers'participation in the teaching ability contest in vocational colleges.On this basis,it puts forward some suggestions on teachers'participation in the teaching ability contest in vocational colleges,aiming at further improving teachers'enthusiasm and initiative in participating in the teaching ability contest in vocational colleges,helping teachers accumulate teaching experience,and building a high-quality teaching team in vocational colleges.
