摘要
教师教学能力的发展是学校教学质量提升的重要路径。高校教师教学能力可分为基础性教学能力和发展性教学能力,基础性教学能力是一切教师都应具备的基本能力,发展性教学能力是高校教师教学能力的独特构成。教师自身及学校教学条件等是影响高校教师教学能力的重要因素。建立有效的监督与激励机制,营造良性的教学互助合作文化、增强高校教师角色意识、创新高校教师培训方法是发展高校教师教学能力的有效对策。
The development of teachers＇ teaching ability is an important way to promote the education quality. college teachers＇ teaching ability can be sorted into the basic teaching ability and the development of teaching ability. Basic teaching ability is the basic ability that all teachers should have,and the development of teaching ability is the unique form of college teachers＇ teaching ability.Teachers themselves and school teaching conditions are important factors that affect college teachers＇ teaching ability. Therefore,the establishment of supervision and effective motivating mechanism,creation of a healthy teaching cooperation culture,enhancement of the teachers＇ role awareness and training method innovation of college teachers＇ teaching ability are the effective countermeasures for the development of college teachers.
