摘要
为解决当前高职双创教育普遍存在的产教融合不深、项目资源不足、大赛教育功能不强等突出问题,借鉴CDIO工程教育理念,基于双创项目开发视角,构建“产教创赛”一体化高职大学生双创能力培养模式,并按照“一流程、两场景、两主线”实施策略,实现生产实践、教学过程、创新创业及双创大赛之间的“产教创赛”一体化协同,形成“产教融合育项目、创赛一体练项目、双创项目促教学”的良性循环机制,从而有效提升高职大学生双创能力。
At present,there still exit such prominent problems as the insufficient integration of industry and teaching,the lack of project resources and the weak educational function of competition in higher vocational colleges.Drawing on the CDIO concept of engineering education and based on the perspective of innovation and entrepreneurship project development,this paper constructs the innovation and entrepreneurship training mode of“industry-teaching-innovation-competition”integration for higher vocational college students,and according to the implementation strategy of“one process,two scenes and two main lines”,realizes the integration of production and practice,teaching process,innovation and entrepreneurship and innovation-entrepreneurship competition,forms a virtuous cycle mechanism of“industry and teaching integration creating project,innovation and competition integrated training project,and innovation and entrepreneurship project promoting teaching”,so as to effectively improve the entrepreneurship and innovation ability of higher vocational college students.
