摘要
通过对相关企业和往届毕业生的调研发现,服装设计与工艺专业存在人才培养目标与实际情况有偏差、课程中新技术交叉知识不足、学生职业能力和专业综合能力不强等问题。针对这些问题,福建第二轻工业学校服装设计与工艺专业开展基于CDIO教育理念的项目化教学改革实践,通过构建项目化课程体系、实施项目化教学,显著提高了学生岗位核心能力,较好地纠正了人才培养与社会需求的偏差。
Through the investigation of related companies and previous graduates,it is found that the clothing design and craft major has problems such as deviations from the original talent training goals and actual conditions,insufficient cross-knowledge of new technologies in the curriculum,and insufficient professional ability and comprehensive abilities of students.In response to these problems,the clothing design and craft major of Fujian Second Light Industry School carried out project-based teaching reform practices based on the CDIO education concept,reformed the specialty teaching mode,improved the core competence of students’posts,and better solved the deviation between talent training and social needs.
