摘要
创新创业教育的核心是培养学生创新思维与创业能力,实现从知识学习到能力应用和素质提升的转变,高校是创新创业人才培养的主要阵地。该文依托实验室,以培养提升大学生知识产权保护意识和能力为核心,以"青年指导教师-研究生-本科生"阶梯式创新团队和大学生创新创业知识产权服务中心为途径,构建了基于柯氏评估模型的大学生知识产权保护机制。实践证明,该大学生知识产权保护机制可以有效培养大学生知识产权意识和能力。
The core of innovation and entrepreneurship education is to cultivate students’innovative thinking and entrepreneurial ability,and realize the transformation from knowledge learning to ability application and quality improvement.Higher education institutions are the main positions of innovation and entrepreneurship talents training.In this paper,relying on the laboratory,to cultivate and enhance the awareness and ability of college students’intellectual property protection as the core,to"young instructor graduate undergraduate"ladder type innovation team and college students’innovation and entrepreneurship intellectual property service center as the way,to build a college students’intellectual property protection mechanism based on Koch evaluation model.Practice has proved that the intellectual property protection mechanism can effectively cultivate college students’intellectual property awareness and ability.
