摘要
美国俄亥俄州残疾儿童教育联盟基于爱普斯坦的交叠影响域理论和家校合作实践框架开展特殊儿童家长教育活动,活动主题涉及教养技能辅导、心理健康调适和社会资源支持三方面,活动开展方式主要是与社会机构开展合作、为家校合作建立渠道和搭建学习资源应用平台。借鉴上述经验,我国应构建家校社协同育人框架,提高特殊儿童家长教育质量;设计个性化的教育内容,重视特殊儿童家长教育需求;丰富家长学习形式,提升特殊儿童家长的教育参与意愿。
Based on Epstein’s Overlapping Spheres of Influence Theory,the Ohio Coalition for the Education Of Children with Disabilities(OCECD)in the United States collaborates with families,schools,and society to provide parents of children with special needs with parental education guidance which concerns parenting skills counseling,mental health adjustment and social resource support.The main forms of the activities in clude cooperating with social organizations,establishing channels for home-school cooperation and building learning resource application platforms.Based on the above experience,China should building a collaborative parenting framework between home,school and society to improve the quality of parent education for children with special needs,design personalized educational content to pay attention to the educational needs of parents of children with special needs,and enrich the forms of parent learning to increase the willingness of parents of children with special needs to participate in education.
