摘要
特殊儿童家长参与的情况很大程度上影响着特殊儿童发展的质量。通过梳理近十年我国内地地区特殊教育政策法规中涉及家长的内容,发现存在特殊儿童家长的权利义务不均衡、家长参与的主体地位未建立、家长参与的内容不全面、社会对家庭的支持不足、学校支持职能发挥不充分等问题。为修订和完善特殊教育政策法规提出制定特殊教育基本法律、丰富特殊儿童家长权力、丰富对特殊儿童家庭支持的内容和提高对学校教师支持家庭的要求等建议。
The involvement of parents of special children greatly affects the quality of their development.By combing through the contents related to parents in the special education policies and regulations in China's mainland in the past ten years,it is found that there are some problems,such as unbalanced rights and obligations of parents with special children,incomplete content of parents'participation,insufficient social support for families and insufficient play of school support functions.In order to revise and perfect the policies and regulations of special education,some suggestions are put forward,such as formulating basic laws of special education,enriching the rights of parents of special children,enriching the content of supporting families of special children and raising the requirements for school teachers to support families.
