摘要
长期以来,高职食品专业创新创业人才培养方法单一,且效果不佳。本文分别对STEM教育与创客教育进行了简单介绍,并提出将基于STEM理念的创客教育应用到高职食品专业创新创业人才的培养方面。
For a long time, the cultivation method of innovation and entrepreneurship talents in higher vocational food majors is single, and the effect is not good. The paper introduces STEM education and maker educationrespectively, and puts forward the application of maker education based on STEM concept to cultivate innovative entrepreneurship talents in higher vocational food majors.
