摘要
进行应用型转型发展及开展创新创业教育是当前对高等教育提出的新要求。介绍创新创业教育的概念及内涵,提出在应用型食品类专业教育中有效融入创新创业教育的途径与措施,以期为培养出适合市场需求的创新型、应用型人才提供参考。
Developing practical transformation development and innovative and entrepreneurship education is the new demand raised to higher education.In this paper,the concept and connotation of innovative and entrepreneurship education were firstly?introduced,meanwhile the approaches and measures of the effective integration of innovative and entrepreneurship education and practical food professional education were proposed,in order to provide reference for cultivating innovative and applied tallents which could meet the need of market.
