基于案例教学的“电子政务”课程教学实践与研究

摘要 针对公共管理硕士《电子政务》课程理论与实践脱节、案例陈旧等问题,本研究结合医学院校特色,创新性引入医疗信息化、基层治理等跨领域案例,构建涵盖政务、卫生、工业等领域的七个教学案例体系。案例与课程知识深度融合,充分发挥案例教学优势,显著提升了学生的学习积极性,取得良好成效。研究为电子政务及类似课程改革提供了跨学科融合范式,填补了医学与政务交叉教学的空白,对培养复合型公共管理人才具有实践参考价值。 In response to the problems of theoretical and practical disconnection and outdated cases in the Master of Public Administration’s course “Electronic Government”, this study combines the characteristics of medical colleges and innovatively introduces cross disciplinary cases, such as medical informationization and grassroots governance, and constructs a seven teaching case system covering government affairs, health, industry and other fields. The deep integration of case studies and course knowledge, fully leveraging the advantages of case-based teaching, significantly enhances students’ learning enthusiasm and achieves good results. The research provides an interdisciplinary integration paradigm for the reform of e-government and similar courses, filling the gap in interdisciplinary teaching between medicine and government, and has practical reference value for cultivating composite public management talents.
