摘要
                
                    “心理契约”论是西方人力资源管理领域新兴的管理理论,近来日益受到我国企业管理界的重视,但在教师管理中却很少有人关注它。从“心理契约”论的新视角来看待教师管理问题会给我们很多启示,比如怎样提高学校凝聚力,怎样激励教师提高工作绩效,教师管理应关注教师的职业发展等。在教师心理契约动态管理系统中应注意把握下面几个环节:明确期望、信守承诺、不断沟通、解释原因。
                
                the Psychological Contracet' is a new supervising  theory in western supervising there are a few field of manpower  nowadays, more entrepreneurs pay attention to it but teachers  have interest in it. To review the problems ofteachers managing  according to 'Psychological Contracet', we can get some  enlightments: such as how to improve the school's cohesive  force, how to stimulate the teachers to improve working  efficiency, teachers'managing should pay close attention to  teacher's professional improvement and so on. In the dynamic  psychological contract managing system of the teschers we  should pay special attention to the following problems: having  definite     expectance, keeping        promise, communicating  continuously and explaining reasons.
