摘要
教师的许多需求是很难用正规的文字条约写出来的,但却存在于教师与学校的“心理契约”之中。文章从心理契约角度对教师职业倦怠的深层原因进行了剖析,并据此提出了心理契约理论对缓解教师职业倦怠的几点启示。
Many teachers' needs are too difficult to write in a formal contract, but they exist in "psychological contract" between teacher and school. According to "psychological contract", this article analyzes the reasons of teachers' job burnout and puts forward some enlightenments to relieve teachers' lob burnout.
