摘要
心理契约是个体与组织对彼此之间相互责任与义务的心理约定,其变化的主控方更多地表现为个人而非组织。从作用机理和实际调查的分析可知心理契约失衡是人才流失的深层原因。高等学校应当从组织文化、共同愿景、管理方式、激励机制等方面构建和维护良好的心理契约,以遏制人才的流失。
The colleges, universities and their ecological environment constitute the ecology of higher education system. Based on the research, we know that the ecological unbalance results in the loss of qualified teachers in colleges and universities. To analyze how the loss of qualified teachers infected by the poverty oI material environment,the disorder of system environment and the value excursion of cultural environment, and form the sustainable ecology in colleges and universities will stop the loss of qualified teachers in colleges and universities in the south and north of Shaanxi effectively.
