                    目的利用多位点序列分型(multilocus sequence typing,MLST)技术对一起食物中毒中检出的金黄色葡萄球菌(简称金葡菌)进行分子分型,了解毒株的肠毒素类型,为金葡菌的分子溯源研究提供实验室数据。方法 mini VIDAS全自动荧光酶标免疫测试仪检测样品中葡萄球菌肠毒素。按照GB 4789.10-2010对样品进行菌株分离和生化鉴定,应用MLST方法对分离出的金葡菌进行基因分型,酶联免疫吸附法对分离株进行葡萄球菌肠毒素分型。结果分别从病人的呕吐物、食堂师傅手涂抹物、厨房刀涂抹物中检出金葡菌,呕吐物中检出葡萄球菌肠毒素;可疑食物中未检出金葡菌,葡萄球菌肠毒素为阴性。中毒毒株MLST分析得到4个ST序列型,ST5、ST15、ST59和ST338,其中ST5型金葡菌产肠毒素C、肠毒素D和肠毒素E;ST15型菌产肠毒素E;ST59型和ST338型菌产肠毒素B和肠毒素C。结论此食物中毒由不同MLST型别的金葡菌引起,毒株产葡萄球菌肠毒素的类别也不同。
                
                Objective To study the molecular characteristics of Staphylococcus aureus isolated from a food poisoning case by multilocus sequence typing(MLST) method,detect staphylococcal enterotoxin type,and provide laboratory data for the study of Staphylococcus aureus.Methods MiniVIDAS automatic fluorescent enzyme immune tester was used to test the enterotoxin in the food poisoning samples.The Staphylococcus aureus stains in the food poisoning case were isolated and biochemically identified according to GB 4789.10-2010.The isolated strains of Staphylococcus aureus were genotyped by the MLST method.Staphylococcal enterotoxin typing was performed on the isolates by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Results The Staphylococcal enterotoxin was detected in the vomit of the patient,in the cafeteria master hand spread,and in the kitchen knife spread.Staphylococcal enterotoxin was detected in the vomit;Staphylococcal enterotoxin was not detected in the suspect food and Staphylococcal enterotoxin was negative.Four ST sequence types,ST5,ST15,ST59,and ST338,were obtained from the MLST analysis of the poisoned strain,of which ST5 Staphylococcus aureus produces enterotoxin C,enterotoxin D,and enterotoxin E;ST15 strains enterotoxin E;ST59 type ST338 produces enterotoxin B and enterotoxin C.Conclusion This food poisoning case was caused by different MLST types of Staphylococcus aureus strains.Different strains of Staphylococcus aureus produce different Staphylococcal enterotoxins.
