一起由金黄色葡萄球菌混合感染引起食物中毒的检测与分析 被引量:3

Laboratory diagnosis of a food poisoning caused by mixed infection of Staphylococcus aureus

摘要 目的利用多种手段对一起疑似金黄色葡萄球菌食物中毒事件进行病原学检测,为疫情控制和临床治疗提供更详实的科学依据。方法对一起食物中毒的生物样本进行分离,对分离到的菌株采用飞行质谱仪和血浆凝固酶实验进行鉴定,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)和PCR方法进行肠毒素型别和肠毒素基因检测。对分离到的菌株进行药敏检测,并采用脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)法对菌株进行分子分型,分析菌株之间的相关性。结果本次食物中毒共采集12份标本,分离到12株菌株,经鉴定均为金黄色葡萄球菌。肠毒素基因检测结果显示,12株均携带SEE基因,其中4株同时携带SEA基因,该4株菌均检出A+E型肠毒素。药敏结果显示,该12株菌均对青霉素耐药。PFGE显示该12株菌分为2个带型,每个带型的同源性均为100%。结论结合流行病学调查可初步判定此次食物中毒为2株不同的金黄色葡萄球菌菌株引发的混合感染。 Objective To detect the pathogen of a suspected Staphylococcus aureus food poisoning event by various means,so as to provide a more detailed scientific basis for epidemic control and clinical treatment.Methods A biological sample of food poisoning was isolated,and the isolated strains were identified by flight mass spectrometer and plasma coagulase test.The enterotoxin type and enterotoxin gene were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)and PCR.The drug sensitivity of the isolated strains was detected,and the molecular typing of the strains was performed by pulsed field gel electrophoresis(PFGE)to analyze the correlation between the strains.Results A total of 12 samples were collected from this food poisoning,and 12 strains were isolated,all of which were identified as Staphylococcus aureus.The enterotoxin gene detection results showed that 12 strains all carried the SEE gene,4 of which also carried the SEA gene.The 4 strains all detected type A+E enterotoxin,and the drug sensitivity results showed that the 12 strains were resistant to penicillin.PFGE showed that the 12 strains were divided into 2 bands,and the homology of each band was 100%.Conclusion Combined with epidemiological investigation,it can be preliminarily determined that the food poisoning was a mixed infection caused by two different strains of Staphylococcus aureus.
