摘要
目的探究耳针联合隔物灸改善腰椎间盘突出症患者腰椎功能的效果。方法选择2021年1月—2022年12月遂川县中医院收治的66例腰椎间盘突出症患者,依据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组。对照组实施常规治疗,观察组实施耳针联合隔物灸治疗。比较两组治疗效果与治疗满意度、疼痛评分与腰椎功能评分、中医证候积分与生活质量评分。结果观察组治疗总有效率96.97%(32/33)高于对照组的78.79%(26/33)(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总满意率100.00%(33/33)高于对照组的78.79%(26/33)(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组改良Oswestry功能障碍指数量表(ODI)评分、视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、中医证候积分均低于对照组,生活质量调查表(SF-36)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论实施耳针联合隔物灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症,对患者的疼痛反应与腰椎功能有一定改善作用,同时可减轻其中医证候,促进其生活质量、治疗效果与治疗满意度的进一步增强。
Objective To explore the effect of auricular acupuncture combined with indirect moxibustion on improving lumbar function in patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods From January 2021 to December 2022,66 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to Suichuan County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group using the random number table method.The control group received conventional treatment,while the observation group received auricular acupuncture combined with indirect moxibustion.The therapeutic effects,treatment satisfaction,pain scores,lumbar function scores,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.97%(32/33),which was higher than 78.79%(26/33)in the control group(P<0.05).The treatment total satisfaction rate of the observation group was 100.00%(33/33),which was higher than 78.79%(26/33)in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of the modified Oswestry Disability Index(ODI)and Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The score of the Short-Form 36 Health Survey(SF-36)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of auricular acupuncture combined with indirect moxibustion in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation can improve patients’pain response and lumbar function,reduce their TCM syndromes,and further enhance their quality of life,therapeutic effects,and treatment satisfaction.
