言语语言训练对智力发育迟缓儿童干预的效果分析 被引量:12

摘要 目的观察言语语言训练方法对智力发育迟缓儿童康复的疗效。方法选取110名智力发育迟缓儿童分为实验组和对照组,每组55人,被试均给予常规教育康复干预。实验组在常规教育康复的基础上,以言语语言康复为核心,结合针灸、物理因子等医学康复治疗。治疗前后采用0~6岁智力发育迟缓儿童康复教育发展性课程评量表对被试进行评估与比较。结果两组被试治疗前后发展性课程评估结果均有改善,实验组改善显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论医教结合干预方法对智力发育迟缓儿童的康复有较好疗效,有利于提高患儿整体发育水平。 Objective To observe the effect of combining medicine with special education policy treatment methods for rehabilitation of children with intellectual disabilities.Methods A total of 110 children with intellectual disabilities were enrolled.According to the random number table method,they were divided into an experimental group and a control group with 55 people in each group.Both groups of children were given routine educational rehabilitation interventions,including collective teaching,individual training,group rehabilitation training and sensory integration training.The experimental group added medical rehabilitation treatment based on education and rehabilitation,including acupuncture,physical therapy,and speech-language therapy.After 6 months of treatment,the two groups of children were evaluated and compared using development curriculum of rehabilitation education for children with mental retardation of 0-6 years old.Results After 6 months of standardized treatment,the evaluation results of the developmental curriculum before and after treatment were improved.The improvement of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention method of combining medicine with special education policy has better curative effect on the rehabilitation of children with intellectual disabilities,and is more productive to improving the overall development level of children.
