摘要
目的 探究感觉统合训练在治疗语言发育迟缓儿童中的临床效果。方法 选择在本院治疗的语言发育迟缓儿童100例,随机均分为两组,对照组予常规语言训练,研究组予常规语言训练和感觉统合训练。比较两组的语言和感觉统合能力评分及治疗效果。结果 治疗6个月后,两组各项语言能力评分、不良体感、学习功能、触觉过分防御评分均高于治疗前,且研究组各项语言能力评分、统合感觉评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在语言发育迟缓儿童中应用感觉统合训练可改善患儿的各项语言能力及感觉统合能力,提高了治疗效果。
Objective To explore clinical effect of sensory integration training in treatment of children with language retardation.Methods The paper chose 100 children with language retardation treated in our department,and divided them into two groups randomly:control group was treated with routine language training,and study group with routine language training and sensory integration training.Scores of language and sensory integration ability and curative effect were compared between two groups.Results After 6 months of treatment,scores of language ability,bad body feeling,learning function and tactile over-defense in two groups were higher than before treatment,scores of language ability and integrated sense in study group were higher than control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);total effective rate in study group was higher than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Sensory integration training can improve language ability and sensory integration ability scores of children with language retardation,and improve curative effect.
