摘要
近年来,我国食品安全问题频频曝光,肆意添加非可食用物质、过量和超范围使用食品添加剂等行为在食品行业屡见不鲜。针对导致我国食品安全隐患的各种因素,新食品安全法应运而生,政府相关部门也针对食品行业的违法违规行为出台了一系列打击和整改措施。尽管如此,食品安全问题仍然任重而道远,需要企业、政府和第三方监管力量共同实现食品安全的社会共治。
Review the disclosure of food-safety problems in recent years, adding non-edible substances to foods and abusing food additives are common within food industry in our country. In response to this phenomenon, the 2015 version of Food-safety Law comes into being. Meanwhile, relevant government departments have been taking measures to deal with illegal actions in food industry. Nevertheless, enterprise, government and third-party testing organizations all have a long way to go to control food-safety problems.
