摘要
目的 :观察用复方丹参滴丸治疗糖尿病肾病的临床效果。方法 :对46例Ⅰ~Ⅳ期糖尿病肾病患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,将其分为治疗组和对照组。为治疗组患者使用复方丹参滴丸进行治疗,为对照组患者使用肾炎舒进行治疗,在用药30天后对比分析其血尿素氮、血肌酐的指标。结果 :在进行治疗前,两组患者的血尿素氮、血肌酐指标相比较,差异不显著,无统计学意义。在进行治疗后,与对照组患者相比,治疗组患者的血尿素氮、血肌酐指标较优,差异显著(p<0.05),有统计学意义。结论:应用复方丹参滴丸治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效确切,可有效保护患者的肾功能,此法值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective: Observation the curative effects of Compound Dripping Pill of Danshen to cure diabetds mellitus and nephropathy.Method:|compared randomly with cure group and antitheses group by 46 cases of diabetes mellitus and nephropathy who are ill in I^IV|period.Every case takes orally 10 grains of Compound Dripping Pill of Danshen per tine and 3 times everyday in cure group,Every case takes orally 4 grains of Compound Dripping Pill of Nephritis per time and 3 times everyday in antitheses group.The period are both 30 days.blood sugar,electrolyte,renal function and liver function are inspected conventionality,and the aboved items are counterchecked in cure group.Results:there is distinct difference between the group of taking Compound Dripping Pill of Danshen and the group of taking Compound Dripping Pill of Nephritis.Compound Dripping Pill of Danshen is more benefit to improve the function of kidney.conclusions:Compound Dripping Pill of Danshen is obvioue effect to diabetes mellitus and nephropathy,and it can leave nephropathy V period to sufferers.
