前列地尔序贯疗法联合复方丹参滴丸治疗老年临床糖尿病肾病效果观察 被引量:3

摘要 糖尿病肾病(diabetic nephropathy,DN)是糖尿病常见的一种严重血管并发症,是导致老年糖尿病患者死亡的主要因素[1]。本病早期无明显症状,通常发现时已存在蛋白尿,如未能及时、有效治疗,易导致肾衰竭,对患者生命安全造成极大威胁。临床上多采用前列地尔治疗DN,有较好效果。
