摘要
目的:研究芪藤消浊颗粒对阿霉素肾病大鼠蛋白尿和病理形态学的影响。方法:将雄性Wistar大鼠120只随机分成正常组、模型组、芪藤消浊颗粒5.4g/kg组、10.8g/kg组、21.6g/kg组和肾炎舒组(1.2g/kg)。通过尾静脉注射阿霉素建立慢性肾炎大鼠模型。给药4周,检测24h尿蛋白量,血清尿素氮、肌酐、白细胞介素-1β、白细胞介素-6和白细胞介素-10含量;HE染色观察肾组织病理学改变。结果:和正常组相比,注射阿霉素后各组大鼠24h尿蛋白量、血清尿素氮、肌酐、IL-1β和IL-6水平高于正常组大鼠,IL-10水平低于正常大鼠。治疗后,芪藤消浊颗粒可以显著降低大鼠24h尿蛋白量、血清尿素氮、肌酐、白细胞介素-1β和白细胞介素-6,升高白细胞介素-10,减轻慢性肾炎的病理改变,正常组比较具有显著性差异。结论:芪藤消浊颗粒对慢性肾炎大鼠具有一定治疗作用。
Objective： To Research the effect of Qiteng Xiaozhuo particles on proteinuria and pathological morphology of adriamycin nephrosis rats.Methods： 120 male Wistar rats were used in this part and were randomly divided into 6 groups,including normal group,model group,stilbene cane turbidity grain low,medium and high dose（ 5. 4 g / kg,10. 8 g / kg,21. 6 g / kg） and Shennyanshugroups（ 1. 2 g / kg）. Through the tail vein injection of adriamycin to establish the rat model with chronic nephritis. For 4 weeks,full automatic biochemical analyzer test the Content of 24 h urine protein,blood urea nitrogen（ BUN）,creatinine（ Cr）,IL-1β,IL-6 and IL-10; HE dyeing observation renal histopathological changes. Results： After injecting adriamycin group Wistar rats 24 h Urine protein,Blood urea nitrogen（ BUN）,Creatinine（ Cr） levels increased significantly compared with the normal group（ P 0. 01）. After treatment,Qiteng Xiaozhuo particles can significantly reduce rats24 h urine protein,reduce BUN IL-1β,IL-6 and Cr,increase IL-10,alleviate the pathological changes of chronic nephritis compared with the normal group（ P 0. 05,P 0. 01）. Conclusion： Qitengxiaozhuo particles on chronic nephritis rats has a certain therapeutic effect.
