摘要
                
                    现今我国经济发展迅速,国家和社会对于人才的需求也越来越高,面对社会和国家对人才的迫切需求,高职院校作为人才培养的集中阵地,应该全面发展,提升教学质量、管理质量,为学生提供良好的教育环境,促进学生全面发展。实施学分制是高职院校发展的必然要求,在此背景下应该有效整合院校资源,创新教学管理模式,提升教学管理质量,以适应当前国家和社会发展对教育的实际需求。基于此,本文展开基于学分制背景下高职教学管理模式的实践研究,旨在为高职院校的发展提供参考。
                
                With the rapid development of our country’s economy and the higher demand for talents in the state and society, in the face of the urgent needs of the talents in the society and the state, the higher vocational colleges should develop in an all-round way as the centralized position of talent training, improve the quality of teaching and management, provide a good educational environment for students and promote the development of students. The implementation of the credit system is an inevitable requirement for the development of higher vocational colleges. Under this background, the resources of colleges and universities should be integrated effectively, the mode of teaching management should be innovating, and the quality of teaching management should be improved so as to meet the actual needs of the current national and social development. Based on this, this paper launches a practical research on the teaching management mode of Higher Vocational Education under the background of credit system, aiming to provide reference for the development of higher vocational colleges.
