摘要
研究旨在分析南疆常见4种秸秆饲料营养成分,评价其体外产气效果。以新疆维吾尔自治区南疆地区4种常见秸秆(玉米秸秆、棉花秸秆、小麦秸秆和小茴香秸秆)为试验材料,测定饲粮中干物质(DM)、粗蛋白(CP)、粗脂肪(EE)、粗灰分(Ash)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)含量,计算饲粮相对饲用价值(RFV),结合体外产气试验,评估不同秸秆的饲用潜力。结果表明:小茴香秸秆的CP含量显著高于其他3种秸秆(P<0.05),且其ADF、NDF含量显著低于其他3种秸秆(P<0.05),RFV显著高于其他3种秸秆(P<0.05)。小麦秸秆的EE、Ash含量显著高于其他3种秸秆(P<0.05),而玉米秸秆的NDF含量显著高于其他3种秸秆(P<0.05)。体外产气试验显示,玉米秸秆的产气量在72 h后产气量最高,小麦秸秆和小茴香秸秆的产气量相近,棉花秸秆的产气量最低。综上所述,小茴香秸秆、小麦秸秆和玉米秸秆具有较高的营养价值,其中小茴香秸秆和玉米秸秆的饲用价值最高,适合作为当地饲料资源开发的优选材料。
The aim of this study was to analyze the nutrient composition of four common straw feedstuffs in southern Xinjiang and evaluate their in vitro gas production effects.The four common straws in the southern Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region:corn stover,cotton stover,wheat stover and cumin stover were used as test materials,and the contents of dry matter(DM),crude protein(CP),crude fat(EE),crude ash(Ash),acid detergent fiber(ADF),and neutral detergent fiber(NDF)in the diets were determined to calculate the rela⁃tive feeding value(RFV)of the diets,which was combined with the in vitro gas production test to evaluate the feeding potential of the different straws.The feeding potential of different straws was evaluated.The results showed that the CP content of cumin straw was significantly higher than that of the other three straws(P<0.05),and its ADF and NDF were significantly lower than those of the other three straws(P<0.05),while its RFV was signifi⁃cantly higher than that of the other three straws(P<0.05).The EE and Ash contents of wheat straw were significantly higher(P<0.05)than the other three straws,while the NDF of corn straw was significantly higher(P<0.05)than the other three straws.The in vitro gas production test showed that corn stover had the highest gas production after 72 h of fermentation,wheat straw and cumin straw had similar gas production,and cotton straw had the lowest gas production.In conclusion,cumin straw,wheat straw and corn stover have high nutritive value,among which cumin straw and corn stover have the highest feeding value and are suitable as the preferred materials for the develop⁃ment of local feed resources.
