164份大麦种质农艺性状与粗蛋白含量分析

摘要 为筛选出优良饲用大麦(Hordeum vulgare)种质材料,本研究对164份大麦种质资源的主要农艺性状和主茎粗蛋白含量进行综合评价。方差分析表明,各性状在二棱和六棱大麦间均存在显著差异(P<0.05)。二棱大麦的千粒重、穗长、分蘖数显著高于六棱大麦;株高、叶长、叶宽、穗下节间距、穗粒数、主茎鲜/干重及主茎粗蛋白则相反。对参试二棱与六棱大麦分别进行性状相关性分析发现,参试大麦主茎粗蛋白含量均与穗粒数显著正相关,此外二棱大麦主茎粗蛋白还与叶宽、穗长、主茎鲜重显著正相关,六棱大麦主茎粗蛋白与穗下节间距、倒二节间长、主茎干重、千粒重显著负相关。分别对两组棱形大麦进行灰色关联度分析和等权关联度排序,最终筛选出饲用潜力高的二棱和六棱大麦各8份。研究结果为培育优质饲用大麦奠定材料基础并提供了一定的理论依据。 To select forage barley(Hordeum vulgare)germplasms with high quality,we comprehensively evaluated the primary agronomic traits and crude protein content of the main stems of 164 barley germplasms.Significant differences were found between two-and six-rowed barley in all traits scored by one way ANOVA analysis(P<0.05).Among the traits,the thousand grain weight,spike length and tiller number of two-rowed barley were significantly higher than those of six-rowed barley.However,the plant height,leaf length and width,peduncle length,seed number per spike,fresh/dry weight and crude protein of the main stem were significantly higher in six-rowed barley.Further correlation analyses on the traits of both two-and six-rowed barley showed that the main stem crude protein content was positively correlated with seed number per spike.In addition,in the two-rowed barley,the crude protein content of the main stem was positively correlated with the leaf width,spike length and fresh weight of the main stem.In the six-rowed barley,the crude protein content of the main stem was negatively correlated with the lengths of the peduncle and the second internode below the spike,the dry weight of the main stem and the thousand grain weight.Finally,eight two-rowed and eight six-rowed barley germplasms with potentially high quality were selected according to gray relation analysis on the 164 barley germplasms.Our study can provide germplasm resources and a theoretical basis for breeding high-quality forage barley.
