摘要
以喀什大学食品科学与工程专业作为自治区一流本科专业及教育部新工科专业建设为依托,立足“大思政”教育理念创新,系统构建“五育融合”课程思政教学体系。学校通过课程思政元素解构与知识图谱构建,创新性提出“以食育人”五维融合路径,即以专业伦理嵌入实现价值塑造、以工匠精神培育强化劳动教育、以跨学科项目实践提升创新思维、以传统饮食文化传承推进美育浸润及产业案例教学深化德育内涵,构建“知识—能力—价值”三维协同育人模型,形成具有边疆高校特色的“课程思政+专业教育”协同育人范式。该研究为新工科背景下食品科学与工程类专业课程思政建设提供可复制的实践方案与理论支撑。
Building upon Kashgar University's Food Science and Engineering program as both a regional first-class undergraduate major and a national Emerging Engineering Education program,we innovatively develop a five-education integrated ideological-political teaching system grounded in the macro ideological-political education concept.Through deconstructing ideological-political elements and constructing knowledge graphs,we propose an original"Food-Based Education"five-dimensional integration approach of value shaping through professional ethics embedding,labor education enhancement via craftsmanship spirit cultivation,innovative thinking development through interdisciplinary project practice,aesthetic education infiltration by inheriting traditional dietary culture,and moral education deepening through industrial case-based teaching.lt establishes a three-dimensional collaborative education model"Knowledge-Ability-Value"to form a distinctive"Curriculum Ideology+Professional Education"co-education paradigm for frontier universities.This research provides replicable implementation strategies and theoretical foundations for ideological-political construction in Food Science and Engineering programs under the Emerging Engineering Education context.
