摘要
“食品工厂设计”作为高等院校食品科学与工程类专业的核心课程之一,对于新工科专业人才培养具有重要意义。近年来,传统讲授式课堂教学模式很难培养学生的工程思维、工程能力和自主学习能力。基于此,在产教融合背景下,“食品工厂设计”课程教学更注重与食品企业开展校企合作,并将课程内容融入食品产业文化,确保课程内容与行业标准和技术的相匹配。在产教融合背景下探讨“食品工厂设计”课程的教学改革与实践措施,可为食品专业类课程的教学改革提供思路。
As one of the core courses of food science and engineering majors in colleges and universities,Food Factory Design is of great significance for the training of new engineering professionals.In recent years,the traditional teaching classroom teaching mode is difficult to cultivate students'engineering thinking,engineering ability and independent learning ability.Based on this,under the background of the integration of industry and education,the course of the teaching of the Food Factory Design pays more attention to the school-enterprise cooperation with the food enterprises,and integrates the course content into the food industry culture to ensure that the course content matches the industry standards and technologies.This paper aimed to discuss the teaching reform and practical measures of Food Factory Design under the background of production and education integration,so as to provide ideas for the teaching reform of food specialty courses.
