摘要
根据河南中医药大学通识教育的要求和标准,结合学校专业的实际情况,从课程的教学目标、教学内容、教学策略、教学评价、教学效果5个方面对通识选修课课程饮食与化学进行建设,着力打造通识选修课核心课程。该课程旨在培养学生的独立思考能力、伦理辨析能力以及批判性与建设性思维能力,传承并弘扬中医药优秀传统文化,引领学生树立正确的世界观、人生观和价值观。
In line with the requirements and standards for general education at Henan University of Chinese Medicine,and based on the actual situation of the university s disciplines,this paper constructs the general elective course Diet and Chemistry from five aspects:course objectives,content,teaching strategies,evaluation,and teaching outcomes.The focus is on developing this course as a core general elective.The course aims to cultivate students ability for independent thinking,ethical analysis,and critical and constructive thinking,while preserving and promoting the outstanding traditional culture of traditional Chinese medicine.It also aims to guide students in establishing a correct worldview,outlook on life,and values.
