摘要
研究通过梳理中华人民共和国不同发展阶段生育政策下幼儿体育的演进历程,提出“三孩”政策实施后幼儿体育的发展目标,并着眼于当下幼儿体育发展的困境,提出了纾解路径。研究认为,当前我国幼儿体育发展面临着时间与空间短缺,家庭经济负担过重,科学性亟待提升等困境;并提出拓展幼儿体育的时间与空间,持续发展普惠性幼儿体育,优化老、幼群体的体医融合,促进幼儿体育科学化等纾解路径,以此加快幼儿体育的发展,提高幼儿保育质量,提升家庭生育意愿,助力“三孩”政策。
This study examines the evolution of early childhood physical education under different birth policies in various developmental stages of the People’s Republic of China,proposes development goals for early childhood physical education following the implementation of the“three-child”policy and addresses current challenges by suggesting solutions.The research identifies key issues such as shortages in time and space for physical activities,excessive financial burden on families,and an urgent need for scientific enhancement in early childhood physical education.To address these challenges,the study proposes strategies including expanding time and space for physical activities,promoting affordable and accessible early childhood physical education programs,optimizing the integration of physical and medical services for both the elderly and young children,and enhancing the scientific foundation of early childhood physical education.These measures aim to accelerate the development of early childhood physical education,improve the quality of child care,increase family willingness to have more children,and support the“three-child”policy.
