摘要
高校创新创业导师队伍是培养学生创新创业意识和能力的关键力量,不仅是大学生在创新创业赛事中取得优异成绩的保障,更是推动高校创新创业教育发展、助力学生适应未来社会发展需求的重要支撑。在阐述“互联网+”大赛重要性及高校创新创业导师队伍建设现状的基础上,深入剖析OBE理念与高校创新创业导师队伍建设在目标、内容、方法、评价及持续改进方面的契合度。基于此,提出OBE理念对高校创新创业导师队伍建设在设定培养目标、优化教学内容、运用教学方法、建立评价体系和构建改进机制等方面的启示。进而详细阐述了打造互动交流平台、完善培训机制、建立评价标准和健全管理服务体系的建设路径,旨在提高导师指导能力和服务水平,促进高校创新创业教育发展。
The team of innovation and entrepreneurship mentors in universities is a key force in cultivating students'innovation and entrepreneurship awareness and abilities.It is not only a guarantee for college students to achieve excellent results in innova-tion and entrepreneurship competitions,but also an important support for promoting the development of innovation and entrepre-neurship education in universities and helping students adapt to the needs of future social development.On the basis of expounding the importance of the“Internet plus”contest and the current situation of the construction of the innovation and entrepreneurship tu-tor team in colleges and universities,this paper deeply analyzes the correspondence between the OBE concept and the construction of the innovation and entrepreneurship tutor team in colleges and universities in terms of objectives,contents,methods,evaluation and continuous improvement.Based on this,the OBE concept is proposed to provide inspiration for the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship mentor teams in universities in setting training objectives,optimizing teaching content,applying teaching methods,establishing evaluation systems,and constructing improvement mechanisms.Furthermore,the construction path of creating an interactive communication platform,improving training mechanisms,establishing evaluation standards,and improving manage-ment service systems was elaborated in detail,aiming to enhance the guidance ability and service level of mentors and promote the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities.
