摘要
为了深化高等学校创新创业教育改革,组织和举办各级各类创新创业大赛是一个重要途径,通过大赛,激发学生创新意识,培养学生创业能力,也可提高指导教师创业的指导服务能力。目前创新创业大赛举办过程中还存在宣传不足、高职学生创新创业素质较弱、创新创业指导教师经验不足、激励措施不完善等问题,需要学校加大宣传力度、加强师资建设、完善激励措施和竞赛组织管理机制,以激发师生的热情和主动性。
In order to deepen innovation and entrepreneurship education reform in institutions of higher learning,it is an important means to organize innovation and entrepreneurship contests of all kinds at all levels.Through the contests,students’innovation consciousness is stimulated,students’entrepreneurial ability is cultivated,and teachers’entrepreneurial guidance and service ability is improved.The innovation in the process of entrepreneurship competition held there are weak propaganda insufficiency,the higher vocational students’innovative undertaking quality,entrepreneurial guidance teacher experience shortage,imperfect incentive problem,need to intensify publicity,strengthening the construction of teachers,improve the incentives and competition organization and management mechanism,to stimulate the enthusiasm and initiative of teachers and students.
