摘要
探究数字经济作为新型经济发展动力是否对河南省县域农民收入增收存在促进作用,在此过程中是否会进一步扩大城乡差距,为促进共同富裕探索新的发展途径。基于河南省2017—2021年105个县的县域面板数据,采用熵权法、双向固定效应模型深入研究数字经济对农村居民收入、城乡居民收入差距的影响。结果表明:数字经济在0.01水平上显著提高了农村居民收入水平,显著缩小了城乡居民收入差距。提出加强乡村数字基础设施建设、通过政策性手段改善城乡二元经济结构、提供专项资金支持的对策建议。
Exploring whether the digital economy,as a new driving force for economic development,has a promoting effect on farmers’income increase in counties of Henan Province,and whether it will further widen the urban-rural gap in this process,is to explore new development paths for promoting common prosperity.Based on panel data from 105 counties of Henan Province from 2017 to 2021,the entropy weight method and bidirectional fixed effects model were used to investigate the impact of digital economy on farmer income and urban-rural income gap.The results indicated that the digital economy had significantly increased farmers’income level at the 0.01 level and significantly narrowed the urban-rural income gap.The countermeasures farmers’suggestions to strengthen the construction of rural digital infrastructure,improve the urban-rural dual economic structure through policy measures,and provide special funding support were given.
