摘要
海洋渔业具有“碳源”和“碳汇”的双重属性,提升海水养殖业的净碳汇与环境经济效益的协同发展水平是实现海洋经济高质量发展的关键。本文通过估算福建省海水养殖业净碳汇潜力,并构建其与海水养殖经济之间的脱钩模型,以评价福建省海水养殖业环境效益与经济效益的协调共生关系。研究结果表明:2011—2023年福建省海水养殖业净碳汇保持在7.2~30.086万吨,牡蛎和海带是贝藻类净碳汇的主要贡献者,陆基养殖的快速扩张抵消了贝藻类碳汇增长,成为净碳汇难以持续提升的关键制约;净碳汇与海水养殖经济耦合程度较低,耦合关系呈现出显著的阶段性退化特征,产业发展仍侧重于经济增长,环境效益与经济效益尚未达到平衡。在此基础上,提出优化海水养殖结构的对策建议。
Marine fisheries possess the dual characteristics of being both a"carbon source"and a"carbon sink."Enhancing the coordinated development of net carbon sinks alongside the environmental and eco-nomic benefits of marine aquaculture is crucial for achieving high-quality growth in the marine economy.This paper estimates the net carbon sink potential of marine aquaculture in Fujian Province and constructs a decoupling model to assess its relationship with the marine aquaculture economy,thereby evaluating the symbiotic interaction between environmental benefits and economic gains within this sector.The research findings indicate that from 2011 to 2023,Fujian Province's net carbon sink fluctuated between 72,000 and 300,860 tons annually.Oysters and kelp emerged as primary contributors to the net carbon sink derived from shellfish and algae.However,the rapid expansion of land-based aquaculture has counterbalanced this growth in shellfish and algae carbon sinks,presenting a significant constraint on sustainably increasing o-verall net carbon sinks.The degree of coupling between net carbon sinks and the marine aquaculture econ-omy remains relatively low,exhibiting notable phased degradation over time.Currently,industry develop-ment continues to prioritize economic growth;consequently,an equilibrium between environmental bene-fits and economic advantages has yet to be achieved.
