摘要
通过对国内有关锂离子电化学储能标准GB 40165—2021、GB 44240—2024、GB/T 36276—2023有关安全部分的对比分析,总结了三个标准在安全方面的测试要求和测试方法,针对标准之间不一致的部分进行了分析总结,指出了适用范围、术语定义、电芯测试、模块测试、测试样品等不同之处。三个标准都涉及电化学储能中的锂离子电池,但适用范围和侧重点各有不同,GB 40165—2021、GB 44240—2024更侧重于电池和电池组的安全要求,而GB/T 36276—2023则更侧重于锂离子电池的技术要求和试验方法。GB 44240—2024和GB/T 36276—2023两个标准,在安全要求上,标准内容重复较多,增加了企业的产品认证难度。综上所述,这三个标准都是电化学储能领域的重要国家标准,相辅相成,共同推动电化学储能技术的安全与发展。特别是GB 44240—2024强制性储能电池安全标准的推出,可以有效推动储能行业的健康发展。
Based on the comparative analysis of the safety parts of domestic lithium-ion electrochemical energy storage standards GB 40165—2021,GB 44240—2024 and GB/T 36276—2023,the safety test requirements and test methods of the three standards are summarized,and the inconsistent parts between the standards are analyzed and summarized.The differences of application scope,term definition,cell test,module test and sample test among standards are pointed out.The three standards all involve lithium-ion batteries in electrochemical energy storage,but the scope of application and focus are different,GB 40165—2021,GB 44240—2024 are more focused on the safety requirements of batteries and battery packs,and GB/T 36276—2023 is more focused on the technical requirements and test methods of lithium-ion batteries.GB 44240—2024 and GB/T 36276—2023 two standards,in terms of safety requirements,the standard content is more repeated,increasing the difficulty of product certification of enterprises.In summary,these three standards are important national standards in the field of electrochemical energy storage,which complement each other and jointly promote the safety and development of electrochemical energy storage technology.In particular,the introduction of GB 44240—2024 mandatory energy storage battery safety standards can effectively promote the healthy development of the energy storage industry.
